Jaya Sanctuary is at the cutting edge of self-mastery, science and new technologies, health, the environment, spirituality, happiness, wellbeing and documentation of evidence for the greater reality of UFOs/UAPs, the greater family of man, the paranormal/supernatural and the divine.
Location
Jaya Sanctuary is located at 144 Kilborn Rd, Carlyle VIC 3685 Australia. Visitors can only visit via private invite. It's just 5 minutes from the main street of Rutherglen. If using a GPS it should be easy, though make sure to turn onto Kilborn Road from Humphreys Road, as other entrances have road damage. With Rutherglen behind you when on Humphreys Road, turn right onto Kilborn Road, and drive about 300 meters down the dirt road and the Sanctuary will be on your left.
Open Days and Times
Open hours vary mainly from 10am to 10:30pm on most Fridays and Saturdays. All visitors must book through the Events page to visit the Sanctuary.

Private Group Bookings
Private group bookings are also available for up to 15 people. Inquire via the "contact" page here.
Amenities
BBQ, fridge and toilets (Including Special Needs Toilet) are available. Guests must provide their own food and drinks. Water, coffee and tea provided. BBQ not available for 3hr Skywatch events.

Visitors should be vigilant in keeping an eye out for wildlife such as kangaroos, snakes, and other animals. Please do not approach wildlife, If you leave them alone, they will leave you alone.
Security
For everyone's safety, the property is under constant video and audio surveillance.
Age

Payments for Events
Full payment must be made within 48hrs of booking confirmation sent by email due to only 15 positions available per event. The invoice is done via a Stripe invoice and will be sent out by email.
Cancellation Policy
There is a No Refund/Cancellation policy due to only 15 positions available per event, though in emergencies your position in an event can be moved to another event at a later date.

- No access to Sanctuary for uninvited guests.
- Must provide private invitation by showing email on the phone at arrival.
- All events at this time are capped at 15 people.

- Mosquito and bug repellent (Warning: Mosquito viruses can be an issue at times in the northeast of Victoria)
- Water, water bottle and snacks
- Video Camera or Cameras to capture your own footage (Pete also asks for you to share footage if you capture anything for the Jaya Sanctuary Archive).
