Jaya Sanctuary at this time is open two Fridays, and two Saturdays a month. Hours vary - Mainly from 10am to 10:30pm

BBQ, fridge and toilets are available. Note: At this time we are waiting for the special needs toilet to be installed. Guests must provide their own food and drinks. Water, coffee and tea are available and provided.

Beware of Wildlife
Visitors should be vigilant in keeping an eye out for wildlife such as kangaroos, snakes, and other animals. Please do not approach wildlife, If you leave them alone, they will leave you alone.
Security
For everyone's safety, the property is under constant video and audio surveillance.
Age
There are 18+ events as well as Family events for children age 10+ as specified on the pages for each event and on the Events page.
Payments for Events
Full payment must be made within 48hrs of booking confirmation sent by email due to only 15 positions available per event. The invoice is done via a Stripe invoice and will be sent out by email.
Cancellation Policy
There is a No Refund/Cancellation policy due to only 15 positions available per event, though in emergencies your position in an event can be moved to another event at a later date.

- All must fill out a Private Invitation for each event.
- No access to Sanctuary for uninvited guests.
- Must provide private invitation by showing email on the phone at arrival.
- All events at this time are capped at 15 people.
- Private group Bookings are available for 15 people - Inquire via the "contact" page.

- Camping Chair (Though Chairs are provided)
- Torch
- Mosquito and bug repellent (Warning: Mosquito viruses can be an issue at times in the northeast of Victoria)
- Water, water bottle and snacks
- Video Camera or Cameras to capture your own footage (Pete also asks for you to share footage if you capture anything for the Jaya Sanctuary Archive).
