How to clear negative energies, entities, attachments and more by Peter Maxwell Slattery
Clearing Meditation
Clearing Technique 1
Start by imagining yourself engulfed in white, golden, violet, or blue-colored light; use whatever colored light you prefer. Then say words that work for you, silently or out loud. Here are examples of the words I use:
1. I ask those who are aligned with the healing of the Earth and the awakening of humanity to connect to my consciousness.
2. I ask the native spirits in my area and Gaia (Mother Earth), to connect to my consciousness. I ask also for their blessing to be here.
3. I ask the nature spirits and elementals that are in alignment with me to connect with my consciousness.
4. I now ask my Guides, the Masters, Saints, Sages, the Beings I work with, and my own God Self to connect with my consciousness.
5. I also ask that any psychic bonds and connections that are not positive to be dissolved, along with any negative implants and attachments.
6. I ask the healing energies to step forward and assist with any physical, mental, or emotional healing I might need.
7. Let anything that is not in alignment with me be escorted by their Guides to where they need to go, and let them know they do not have to exist in the state they are in—because they are loved, healed, and forgiven.
Finally, blast yourself again with whatever colored light you choose.

Clearing Technique 2
Start by visualizing that you are breathing in a color or feeling that is therapeutic, loving, and revitalizing for you.
Next...as you breathe out, relax the muscles in your face around your eyes, cheeks, jaw, and neck.
Breathe the loving energy in again, and breathe out any tension in your shoulders, back, arms, and stomach.
Breathe in the loving energy again, and breathe out any tension from your hips down to your toes; then keep breathing the loving energy in, and breathing the loving energy back out.
Next go into the clearing
“I call upon my Guides, Higher Self, and God Source Creator."
“I ask that any cords, attachments, implants, parasitic thought forms, anything not aligned with the awakening and healing of humanity and the earth, and my mission and journey, be dissolved or escorted to their perfect place. Go in peace.” You might want to imagine that you are engulfed in light at this point.
“I now ask for the healing energies to step forth, and to go throughout the molecular structure of the body, organs, emotional bodies and light body as a whole, balancing out, rectifying, enhancing energies where needed to run at optimal efficiency."
“I now ask for a blessing from Gaia, the original spirits of the land, nature spirits, elementals, plant and animal spirits, as well as inner earth, celestial and star family, as well as God Source Creator."
“I now ask that we are sealed off in our own dome of protection, immune from any outside influences, and that only my main teacher and guides, higher self and Source can step into this dome, to assist with guidance, direction, service to others, abundance, peace love and joy, and a balance of mind, body and spirit, as well as passion and purpose. Thank you."
Next...as you breathe out, relax the muscles in your face around your eyes, cheeks, jaw, and neck.
Breathe the loving energy in again, and breathe out any tension in your shoulders, back, arms, and stomach.
Breathe in the loving energy again, and breathe out any tension from your hips down to your toes; then keep breathing the loving energy in, and breathing the loving energy back out.
