Cancellation Policy

There is a No Refund Cancellation policy due to the limit of 15 positions available per event. If you have experienced an emergency or there is extenuating circumstances, your position can be moved to a future event of similar value or a higher value with a gap payment.

There is a No Refund policy after attending events. The event fees are paying for the overall experience as well as Pete's time, expertise and energy. This helps with upkeep and to keep the sanctuary going.
